This policy explains what RiseAboveReality Pvt. Ltd. (“RAR”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
What we collect
- What you send us by email, WhatsApp, the contact form or the project brief. Usually your name, email, company and what you want to make.
- What you type to Ask RAR, the AI assistant on this site.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records to serve the site safely, such as IP address and browser type.
Ask RAR
Ask RAR is an AI, not a person. It is text only. It does not use your microphone and does not record audio.
When the live assistant is switched on, your messages may be processed by an AI model provider so Ask RAR can reply. When it is off, replies come from a simple helper that runs in your browser.
Your chat stays in your browser for the visit. It reaches our team only if you choose to send us your details or your brief.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you, plan your project and follow up. We never sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Who processes it
- Website hosting and delivery.
- An email delivery provider, to send your message or brief to our team.
- An automation webhook, to log your brief for our team.
- An AI model provider, when the live Ask RAR assistant is switched on.
- Email and WhatsApp, if you contact us through them.
If we add new processors, such as a CRM or an analytics tool, we will list them here before they go live.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are talking about or doing work with you. After that we keep them for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Sometimes the law says we must keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also withdraw consent or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
